Gingerbread Lane 5K & 10K Austin
The event takes place on Sunday, December 14, 2025, at Lake Pflugerville Park in Pflugerville, TX 78660. It includes multiple event options and a virtual race.
- Kids Dash - ~50 m, for kids 10 and under
- 1 Mile - not chip timed
- 5K - 3.11 miles, chip timed
- 10K - 6.22 miles, chip timed
- Volunteer then Run 5K - limited to first 20 participants

Race details and services
All finishers receive a race shirt and a finisher medal. The 5K and 10K are chip timed and offer 1st overall trophies for male and female finishers, masters recognition pins for age 40+, and standard age-group awards (top three in each listed age band from 10 and under through 70+). A holiday-themed costume contest awards prizes including two free entries to a future Bigfoot Race, a trophy, and a holiday treats bucket.
On-course aid stations and water stations are provided. Post-race refreshments include holiday cookies and milk and additional snacks at the race rally tent. Packet pickup is offered 1.5 hours before the start. Course surfaces may include paved trails, crushed granite, and occasional dirt paths. Full race volunteers earn a Bigfoot race shirt, a souvenir medal (subject to availability), VIP access, and a choice of a free future race entry or a $20 prepaid digital gift card.
