About the race
Glacier Half Marathon is a point-to-point 13.1-mile race held in Browning and East Glacier Park, Montana, near Glacier National Park. The mostly paved course climbs about 900 feet in the first five miles up Looking Glass Hill, then descends with sweeping views of Glacier National Park and Lower Two Medicine Lake, finishing on the Glacier Park Lodge lawn. It is a high-elevation, 4/5 difficulty course with a five-mile incline and a four-hour time limit.
The event emphasizes cup-free, zero-waste racing, offers expo and bib pickup, and supports the Blackfeet Tribe through registration fees, creating a community-focused, scenic and challenging park-adjacent experience. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
