Grafton Run for the Roses

The Grafton Run for the Roses 5K is an annual running event held at Grafton Lakes State Park in Grafton, New York, located 12 miles east of Troy. The 38th edition takes place on August 10, 2025, featuring a 5K race and a 1-mile kids' fun run for ages 1 to 12. The 5K course starts at the park entrance, follows Route 2, loops around the Town Park, and returns via Long Pond Road, with a downhill first half and uphill second half.
