Grand Rapids Zombie Dash 5k

Grand Rapids Zombie Dash is a Halloween-themed evening 5K run through downtown Grand Rapids, starting near 647 Monroe Ave NW. The course winds through downtown streets, with spectators and zombies at feeding zones who may try to steal flags or reduce life bars, adding a playful, competitive atmosphere. The event includes a Kids Trick-or-Treat Mile prior to the main race, plus options for zombie registration (not running) and volunteer roles.
