Great Hill Ultra - Middlesex, NY

The Great Hill Ultra is a challenging 62-mile trail race set in the scenic Finger Lakes region near Naples, NY. The course features diverse terrain including hills, valleys, swamplands, and gully rim trails, offering exceptional views throughout. Runners experience a unique route that passes through charming downtown Naples and finishes in the West River Valley beneath the Great Hill, a site sacred to the Haudenoshonee people.

This community-supported event highlights favorite local trails and provides a demanding yet rewarding ultra running experience.
