The Green Professionals Association presents the 13th Annual Green Turkey Trot on Thursday, November 27, 2025 in Uniontown, Ohio. The event includes these distances:

The race is held at Green Memorial Stadium, 1737 Steese Road, Uniontown, OH 44685. The event is part of the Green Great Eight Race Series.
Logistics, registration and awards
The race is capped at 650 runners. Registration options and deadlines: 5K preregistration is $30 and regular registration is $35; 1-Mile preregistration is $15 and regular registration is $20. Pre-registration ends Wednesday, November 12 at 5:00 PM. Regular registration runs from after that deadline until November 25 at 5:00 PM. There will be no day-of-race registrations.
Packet pick-up is available early from November 13–26 at Green Family YMCA, 3800 Massillon Rd, Uniontown (Mon–Thu 6:00 AM–8:00 PM; Fri 6:00 AM–7:00 PM; Sat 8:00 AM–4:00 PM; Sun 1:00 PM–4:00 PM). Race day packet pick-up is at Green Memorial Stadium; the stadium opens at 6:30 AM on race day and race day pick-up runs until 7:15 AM. Participants are asked to park at the stadium before 7:20 AM; school parking lots will be closed and later traffic will be directed to Town Park Center.
The Turkey Trot raises money for college scholarships for Green High School seniors; the association has donated over $41,000 to date. 5K awards go to the top three male and female in each age class and the top three overall; the 1 Mile awards go to the top four finishers. There will also be a prize drawing; canned goods earn tickets (3 items = 1 ticket) and will be donated to the Akron-Canton Foodbank. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
