Greenbelt's Vineyard Hill Trail Run

Greenbelt's Vineyard Hill Trail Run is a yearly trail race held on the Hamilton–Topsfield town line in South Hamilton, Massachusetts. It offers 5K and 10K options on a scenic, rolling course that climbs Vineyard Hill and threads through Bradley Palmer State Park, along the Bay Circuit Trail, and across Greenbelt’s Shaw Field. The trails are wide and navigable, with Vineyard Hill providing a notable challenge.

The route is fully marked with arrows and neon pink flagging tape, and there is a single aid station at the Start/Finish offering snacks, water, and sports drink, plus local gift-card prizes.
