Event details
The Greensboro Gobbler is scheduled for Thursday, November 27, 2025, at Center City Park in downtown Greensboro, North Carolina. The park main entrance is at 200 N Elm St, Greensboro, NC 27401. This is the 25th annual running of the event.
The event program includes the following distances:
- 5K
- 1-mile fun run/walk (kid-friendly and open to runners and walkers)
Participant information and logistics
All registered participants will receive a long-sleeve unisex event shirt. All 5K entrants will receive a race medal. Awards will be given to top finishers in each age group, and an awards ceremony will take place immediately following the race. Additional shirts and medals will be available for purchase at bib pickup and on race day for $15 for a shirt and medal combo. The shirt guarantee deadline is 10/20/2025.
Early registration prices (until Aug 29) are listed as $14.99 for the 1-mile and $29.99 for the 5K; later pricing is higher, with listed maximum prices of $29.99 for the 1-mile and $49.99 for the 5K.
