Gresham Gladiator 5K

The Gresham Gladiator 5K is a fundraising running event held in Knoxville, Tennessee, supporting the Gresham Middle School boys and girls basketball teams. The race starts and finishes at Tommy Schumpert Park in North Knoxville, following a course that runs along the Sterchi Greenway with one water stop at the turnaround point. In addition to the 5K run, there is a 1-mile community walk option for participants who prefer a less intense activity.

Awards are presented to the top three male and female finishers overall, as well as age group winners in ten-year increments. All participants receive a custom T-shirt, and proceeds benefit the school basketball programs. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
