Groundhog's Lap Race

The Groundhog’s Lap Race is a challenging endurance running event held at Haw River State Park's Iron Ore Belt Access in Greensboro, North Carolina. Participants can choose to run for 3, 6, or 12 hours on the Great Blue Heron Loop, a singletrack trail winding through the woods. This race tests runners' stamina as they complete multiple laps within their chosen time frame.

The event offers a unique atmosphere of perseverance and community among endurance athletes.
