The Hamilton Trophies Guajolote 10K Race and 1 Mile Walk is the 44th annual running and walking event, scheduled for Thursday, November 27, 2025, in Laredo, TX. The event base is at Hamilton Trophies, 1320 Garden. Packet pickup details are to be announced.

The 10K is chip timed; the walk is not chip timed and walkers receive a non-chip number. Overall awards use gun/chip time; age group awards use chip time. Trophies are awarded to the top three finishers in each age category and awards are given for overall male and female winners. All participants receive a participant medal. Children 13 and under must have adult supervision on the course. Strollers may be used but should start at the back of the pack. Pets are not allowed on the course, with case-by-case exceptions for service animals. The first 150 registered participants receive an event shirt and gift bag; shirt sizes are not guaranteed. Entry fees listed in the event information are $25 for the 10K, $25 for the 1 Mile Walker, $15 for students 18 and under, and $30 on event day. Free parking is available at the LISD Shierly Field parking lot. Timing is provided by a professional timing company using disposable race bib chips. No refunds or registration transfers are allowed.
