Guana 50K and 12K Trail Races

Guana 50K and 12K Trail Races take place at the Guana Tolomato Matanzas National Estuarine Research Reserve along Guana River Road in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. The event offers three formats: 50K individual, 50K team (two runners on a 25K leg), and a 12K. The 50K course is a 7.75-mile clockwise loop starting and finishing at the trail head, mostly hard-pack trail with oak roots and about 90% shade.

The 12K start line is moved into the trail to complete the distance. All entrants receive a commemorative hat; finisher shirts are awarded for each distance. Packet pickup is on race day; parking is available at the reserve. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
