Event overview
The Guinness Celtic 5K is an Irish-themed road race held on Sunday, March 15, 2026 in Worcester, MA, before the Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade. The event is centered at Elm Park, 284 Highland Street; the race start and finish are on Park Avenue near the intersection of Park Avenue and Highland Street. Walkers are welcome and spectators may watch the parade from the beer garden at the finish line.

Registration and logistics
Registration offers multiple options: the 5K can be entered with or without the event medal, a virtual 5K is available without a medal, and participants may add a finisher's medal or a Celtic 5K beanie hat when registering. The event is part of the Greendale Physical Therapy Worcester Triple Crown 3-race series, which includes the Woo Jingle 5K, the Guinness Celtic 5K, and the Worcester Cinco (5)K. Triple Crown participants receive a commemorative pint glass at each race and a separate finisher's medal at the Worcester Cinco.
Online entry fees for the 5K start at $33 and the Kids Run at $15; walk-up fees are listed as $45 for the 5K and $20 for the Kids Run. Packet pickup is available at Sneakerama, 12 Lake Ave, Worcester on the pre-race days and on race day at Park Ave next to Elm Park. T-shirts are not guaranteed for walk-up registrations.
