Event overview
The Medal Madness race takes place on June 27, 2026 in Colonial Heights, VA at the Appomattox River Greenway Roslyn Landing Access. The event includes the following distances:

Course and logistics
The 5K and 10K use an out-and-back course listed as 3.11 miles; the 5K completes the course once and the 10K completes it twice. The half marathon uses an out-and-back segment listed as 3.275 miles and is run four times. The event has a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race. Parking is at the Appomattox River Greenway Roslyn Landing and is limited.
