Event details
The Gobbler races take place on November 22, 2025 at Crossroads Recreational Complex in Temple, TX (7325 Prairie View Rd, Temple, TX 76502). The event offers the following distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon
All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race starts. A series of event-related services and items are listed for the race, including finisher medals, a shirt and gear shop, a best costume category, series points, and awards.
Course and logistics
The courses are paved and use out-and-back layouts. The 5K and 10K course is described as an out-and-back of 3.11 miles; the 5K completes that out-and-back once and the 10K completes it twice. The Half Marathon course is described as an out-and-back of 3.28 miles and is completed four times for the half marathon distance. The course time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
