The Medal Madness 5K, 10K, and Half Marathon takes place at Ed Austin Regional Park in Jacksonville, Florida on December 6, 2025. The event is organized by US Road Running and uses RunSignup for registration; on-site registration is not available.

Course and logistics
Courses are on asphalt or concrete and are about 50% shaded. The event setup is next to the skatepark at the park. Overflow parking is located near the soccer fields. The courses are out-and-back routes: the 5K repeats the out-and-back loop twice, and the Half Marathon repeats that out-and-back loop six times. The 10K course also repeats the out-and-back configuration. There is a course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes. Finisher medals are provided, and the event includes awards and a best costume category. A shirt and gear shop is available, and the race awards series points.
