The event takes place on December 20, 2025, at Ed Austin Regional Park, 11751 McCormick Rd, Jacksonville, FL 32225. Races are organized by US Road Running. Registration is required online through RunSignup; there is no on-site registration.

Course and logistics
The course surfaces are asphalt or concrete and about 50% shaded. The start/finish area is set up next to the skatepark. Overflow parking is located in the back near the soccer fields. Another group may hold a separate 5K at the same time; this event is listed as the US Road Running race.
Course formats and limits:
- The 5K and 10K use an out-and-back course. The 5K repeats the course two times.
- The Half Marathon uses an out-and-back course and repeats the course six times.
- The overall course time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
