Event details
The New Year race takes place on January 1, 2026, at Gemini Springs Park in DeBary, FL. The event includes the following distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon
All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies. Finisher medals, event shirts and related gear, awards, series points, and a best costume recognition are part of the event program.
Course and logistics
The courses are on concrete surfaces and use out-and-back layouts. The 5K follows the out-and-back one time; the 10K follows the same out-and-back two times. The half marathon follows a longer out-and-back and repeats it four times. Event check-in and bib pick-up and the start/finish area are at the O.K. Corral shelter. Entrances and parking directions note entry from Dirksen Drive, parking in the West Parking loop with additional East Parking if needed. Restrooms are located beyond the playground on the side of West Parking opposite the O.K. Corral shelter. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
