Medal Madness at Gemini Springs Park
The Medal Madness event takes place on June 20, 2026, in DeBary, Florida at Gemini Springs Park, 37 Dirksen Drive. The event offers the following race distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon
Course and logistics
All courses are on concrete surfaces and use out-and-back loops. The 5K/10K out-and-back measures 3.11 miles; the 5K completes that loop once and the 10K completes it twice. The half marathon uses a 3.28-mile out-and-back loop completed four times. The overall course time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Participants must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Entrances and parking: enter from Dirksen Drive and use the West Parking loop; O.K. Corral shelter is the location for check-in and the start/finish area. If West Parking is full, follow park signs to East Parking. Restrooms are located beyond the playground on the opposite side of West Parking. Finisher medals are provided and a best costume category is listed for the event.
