Event details
The Viking event takes place on February 21, 2026, at Heritage Harbor Park in Bradenton, FL 34212. The event is presented by US Road Running. All participants must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race and ends 10 minutes before the race start. Courses and logistics
The event offers the following distances:
- 5K
- 10K
- Half Marathon (13.1)
- Marathon (26.2)
The 5K and 10K use an out-and-back course; the 5K completes the out-and-back once and the 10K twice. The Half Marathon and Marathon use a separate out-and-back course; the Half Marathon repeats the out-and-back four times and the Marathon eight times. The overall course time limit is 6 hours. Parking is available next to the playground in the large parking lot. The event includes finisher medals, a shirt and gear shop, a best costume category, series points, and awards.
