Event details
The Medal Madness event takes place on January 24, 2026, at Heritage Park, 5th Ave SW & Water St SW, Olympia, WA 98501. The event includes multiple race distances. All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup is available on race day and closes shortly before the race. A course time limit of 3 hours and 30 minutes applies. Organizers list finisher medals, a shirt and gear shop, a best costume recognition, series points, and awards.
Courses and logistics
Course maps are provided for each distance. The races use short out-and-back segments that are repeated to reach each distance. Specifics from the course descriptions:
- 5K - out-and-back segment repeated two times
- 10K - out-and-back segment repeated four times
- Half Marathon - out-and-back segment repeated six times
