US Road Running - Hickory

Medal Madness 5K & Half Marathon at Hickory City Park in Hickory, North Carolina, takes place on December 6, 2025. The event offers two distances: a 5K and a half marathon, both on an out-and-back course. The 5K course is completed twice, and the half marathon course is completed six times.

A 3 hours 30 minutes course time limit applies. All finishers receive a themed medal, and costumes are encouraged, with a group photo at the start and a best-costume prize. Packet pickup begins 30 minutes before the race and there is no on-site registration.
