The Luau event is scheduled for May 23, 2026, at Lime Bluff Park in Hughesville, PA 17737. Distances offered include:

All runners must register on RunSignup; there is no on-site registration. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before the race and closes 10 minutes before the race starts. The overall course time limit is 3 hours and 30 minutes.
Courses and awards
The courses are described as out-and-back. The 1M and the half marathon courses are out-and-back. The 5K/10K/15K course is also out-and-back; the listing states the 5K does that course two times, the 10K four times, and the 15K six times. The half marathon is noted as doing its out-and-back course six times.
All finishers receive a themed finisher medal. A group photo is taken at the beginning of each race, and a best costume award is given at the beginning of the race.
