About the race
Haunted 5K, 10K, & Half Marathon at Little Sugar Creek in Charlotte, NC; part of the US Road Running series. The event takes place on the Little Sugar Creek Greenway and offers three distances: 5K, 10K, and a Half Marathon. The courses are out-and-back: the 5K is one loop, the 10K is two loops, and the half marathon is four loops.
The atmosphere is haunted-themed, with costumes encouraged and a Best Costume award. Finisher medals are awarded to all finishers. Packet pickup opens 30 minutes before race start and closes 10 minutes prior; overflow parking is available at Queens University.
