Halloween 5k

Brookfield, CT hosts the 33rd Annual Halloween 5K and Kids Fun Run. The USATF-certified chip-timed 5K begins and ends at the Brookfield Municipal Center (100 Pocono Road), while the Kids Fun Run covers a 0.23-mile loop around the Town Hall Campus parking lot. The event welcomes walkers, strollers, and dogs on leash, with short-sleeve tees for all participants and nine age-group awards.

Runners are encouraged to wear costumes, with prizes for best costumes. Maps are provided for the course. The race offers a festive, community atmosphere and a kids’ fun run for younger participants. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
