Run the Rainbow 5K

Run the Rainbow 5K and Fun Run 2025 is the 8th annual event presented by Hampton Roads Pride and Mettle Events at Mount Trashmore Park (310 Edwin Dr, Virginia Beach, VA 23462). The course includes a 5K and a 1-mile Fun Run, with start and finish at the amphitheater, and it attracts runners from the East Coast in a family-friendly, coastal atmosphere. A standout feature is gender-neutral registration—the first of its kind in the United States—along with welcome participation for assisted athletes.
