Head Over Teal 5K & 10K is a 16th annual charity run in Hoover, Alabama at The Preserve (616 Preserve Parkway). The event offers 5K and 10K options, with the 10K course as a double loop of the 5K. The atmosphere is family-friendly with fall-themed post-race activities and refreshments.
Special features include pets on leashes and stroller access; a Survivor entry option with a commemorative shirt, no-charge for gyn cancer survivors, and a Memorial Garden for loved ones. Proceeds benefit the Laura Crandall Brown Foundation’s GYN cancer programs, including early detection research, awareness education, and patient support.
