Health to Better Living 5K

The Health to Better Living 5K is an annual running event held in Effingham, Kansas, benefiting 4H members in Atchison County by helping cover the cost of 4H camp. The race features a 5K run and a separate fun run of approximately 1 mile. The start and finish line are located at the corner of William and 4th Street in Effingham.

Participants who register before July 1st receive a race day shirt, and cash prizes are awarded for first and second place in both the 5K and fun run. Bib and shirt pickup occurs two days before the race at Effingham Park. The event promotes community health and support for youth activities.
