Heart of the Prairie Run

The Heart of the Prairie Run is a running event held at Blooming Soul Farm near Nickerson, Kansas. The inaugural race takes place on September 20, 2025, featuring a half marathon and a 5K run. The half marathon starts at 8:00 AM, followed by the 5K at 9:00 AM.

This event supports The Heart of MFB, a nonprofit organization providing financial assistance and emotional support to families in South Central Kansas facing medical challenges related to birth defects. Packet pickup is available the day before and the morning of the race. The run offers a community-focused atmosphere with a meaningful cause.
