Heart & Sole - Americus

The Heart & Sole 5K in Americus, Georgia, is a community running event held at Central Baptist Church, starting and finishing at 190 Upper River Road. The sixth annual race is open to runners, joggers, and walkers of all ages and commemorates Cole Varnum. Pre-registration is $25 through Sept 12; race-day registration is $30.

T-shirts are guaranteed for pre-registered runners. A $100 cash prize is awarded to the Overall and Masters winners, with awards for the top male and female in age groups from 9 and under to 80 and over.
