Heartland 50

The Heartland 50 is an ultramarathon event held in Cassoday, Kansas, featuring 50-mile, 50K, and 25K distances. The race takes place on an out-and-back course primarily on backcountry gravel roads with less than a mile of pavement, winding through the scenic Flint Hills tallgrass prairie.
