Heartland 50

The Heartland 50 is an exciting running event taking place in Cassoday, Kansas, featuring three distances: 50 miles, 50K, and 25K. The course is primarily on backcountry gravel roads, offering stunning views of the Flint Hills tallgrass prairie, making it suitable for both first-time and experienced ultrarunners. Participants can enjoy a generous 15-hour cutoff to complete their chosen distance.

All finishers receive a tri-blend shirt and a finisher's award, with special commemorative swag for the 50-mile finishers celebrating the event's 10th anniversary.
