Helvetia 10k Mountain Run

The Helvetia 10k Mountain Run is an annual race held in Helvetia, West Virginia, celebrating its 26th edition in September 2025. This unique event takes participants through the scenic trails of a historic Swiss settlement, coinciding with the Helvetia Fair. The race showcases the region's cultural heritage, featuring a different Swiss canton’s coat of arms on the event t-shirt each year.

Runners can also participate in the Black-Hel Double, which includes the Blackwater Canyon Half Marathon the day before.
