Hero Hustle Sprint Triathlon

The Hero Hustle Sprint Triathlon & Duathlon, held in Manchester, Iowa, is a community-focused event supporting local fire, ambulance, and law enforcement departments. Established in 2016, it features a sprint triathlon with a 400-yard swim in Schram Pond, a 16-mile bike ride on rolling hills along public highways, and a mostly flat 5K run with one hill. The duathlon replaces the swim with a one-mile run around Schram Pond, followed by the same bike and run segments.
