The Heroes for Happy Hour 5K and Fun Run takes place on Saturday, November 1, 2025, in Warner Robins, Georgia. The event is organized in support of the Happy Hour Service Center, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit serving people with developmental disabilities since 1956. The event includes these distances:
- 5K - Super 5K (team or individual)
- 1 Mile - Fun Run (team or individual)
Logistics and extras
The venue is the Happy Hour Service Center Workshop Parking Lot at 716 N. Young Ave, Warner Robins. The 5K course leaves the workshop lot, completes one lap around the campus, continues past the Old Warner Robins Post Office on North Young Avenue, returns via South Young Avenue, and finishes back at the workshop lot. Signs, volunteers, and water stations will be provided along the route. Entry fees listed are $30 for the Super 5K and $20 for the 1 Mile Fun Run. Registrants by the early bird deadline of October 1st are guaranteed an event t-shirt. Participants receive a race shirt and bag at packet pickup and a finishers medal. Awards include overall and masters 5K winners and 1st to 3rd in each age group (age groups specified from 10 and under through 65+). A canned food drive will issue raffle tickets for donations; proceeds support Happy Hour Service Center programs and a local shelter. The presenting sponsor is ITVantix.
