High Bridge Half Marathon

The High Bridge Half Marathon & 5k takes place in Farmville, Virginia, known as the Heart of Virginia with rich historical significance. The event features a half marathon and a 5k run on an out-and-back course starting at the Downtown Plaza at High Bridge Trail State Park. The course is a rails-to-trails conversion with a packed crushed gravel surface, minimal grade, and includes crossing the historic High Bridge twice—a nearly half-mile-long bridge towering 125 feet above the Appomattox River.
