Highlands Twilight 5K

The Highlands Twilight 5K is an annual running event held in Highlands, North Carolina, at Kelsey-Hutchinson Founders Park. The 2025 race, its thirteenth edition, features a 5K Run/Walk and a 5K Stroller Race, welcoming runners, walkers, and families. The course is undulating, offering a friendly challenge for beginners and experienced runners alike.
