Hogeye Marathon & Relays, Arkansas’ oldest marathon, takes place in Springdale, Arkansas, April 11–12, 2026. The weekend includes the Hogeye Marathon, Hogeye Half-Marathon, 10K, 5K, and a 4-person Marathon Relay, with Sunday events for 5K and 10K as part of the Hogeye Team Challenge. The course is a 26.2-mile rolling loop through Springdale, run mostly on streets with some paved trail, passing parks, a minor league baseball park, Lake Fayetteville, and finishing on the Razorback Greenway in Downtown Springdale; the half also traverses Lake Fayetteville and Fayetteville portions.

The half is the state’s longest continuously-running half. Expo and packet pickup occur Friday in Shiloh Square; the event supports Northwest Arkansas charities. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
