Packet pickup is available the day before at Charm City Run Bel Air and onsite on race day. A virtual race option is offered; virtual race packets will begin mailing on December 16 and virtual results can be submitted online by December 14 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
Course, amenities and awards
The 5K course is a loop entirely within the Harford Community College campus. The course uses paved and crushed gravel surfaces and includes one water stop that is passed twice. Pets, roller skates, and other wheeled devices are not allowed on the course except wheelchairs; jogging strollers are permitted and should start near the back.
Race amenities include a long-sleeve race shirt, finisher medal/ornament, a holiday goodie bag, optional text or emailed results, and an indoor post-race party with hot chocolate and a sweet treat. Awards include overall top 3 Male, Female, and Non-Binary finishers; age-group awards for male and female runners in specified age brackets; and costume awards including first complete holiday costume and most festive costume. The Jingle Jog provides a bib, chip timing, a finisher medal, and a finisher ribbon; no time-based awards are given for the kids run. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
