Holiday Hot Cocoa Hustle 5K - Event overview
The Holiday Hot Cocoa Hustle 5K takes place on Saturday, December 6, 2025, in Eagle, Idaho. The event is produced by Hi5K and supports Girls on the Run Treasure Valley; a portion of registration fees will benefit that organization and 100% of additional donations via the event donation link are designated for Girls on the Run. Course, timing and race services
The race starts and finishes at the Reid Merrill Park pavilion, 637 E Shore Drive, Eagle, ID. The course is an out-and-back along the Boise River Greenbelt with a turnaround at mile 1.55 and is described as flat. The event is chip timed; timing is provided by Omni Go! Custom Event Soluions. Bib pickup is available on race day at the start-line tent. Hot cocoa is served before and after the race. Podium awards are given to the top three in each age category, with male and female awards separate; age groups are 1-11, 12-15, 16-18, 19-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, and 60+. The event is stroller friendly; dogs are not permitted. Scholarships are available through the race director for participants with financial need.
