Honor America Days 5K Parade Run
The 53rd Annual Honor America Days 5K Parade Run, held in Rome, NY, is the oldest road race in Oneida County and a family-friendly event attracting runners aged 8 to 80. Taking place in July, the race follows the route of Rome’s Honor America Days parade, integrating community celebration with sport. The event includes a 5K run, a Kid's Fun Run, and a Virtual 5K option.
