HOPE 'N' H.I.M. Christmas 5k & Kids Dash
The event takes place on December 13, 2025, at Kingdom of Hope, 7570 15th Street Road, Concord, Alabama 35023. It includes a community Christmas celebration after the run with food, music, kids activities, homemade chili, and chocolate desserts. Registration proceeds and donations benefit Hope Inspired Ministries (H.I.M.).

The 5k course is a flat out-and-back loop on a small community road. The Kid's Dash is for ages 4-11; all children who dash will receive finisher medals. Parents or guardians may dash free with a child registrant.
Logistics, fees, and rules
Registration includes a swag bag and on-course refreshments. A t-shirt is included with registrations received by 11/21/2025. A t-shirt-only option is available for $25; all t-shirt orders must be received by 11/21/2025. Day-of race registration (cash only) lists a 5k fee of $40 and a Kids Dash fee of $15.
Packet pick-up is available the day before and the day of the event at Kingdom of Hope. The course will be closed and monitored by law enforcement. Pets are allowed on leash and owners must clean up after them. Strollers are allowed in the 5k but are not permitted in the Kids Dash; children should remain in strollers until crossing the finish line. The event is rain or shine; all entries are non-transferable and non-refundable. Awards include overall top male and female and 1st–3rd place medals by age group.
