The Hospital Hill Run will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at Crown Center Square, 2450 Grand Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64108. The event is the 53rd annual running and is scheduled earlier in May because of activities related to FIFA World Cup 26 in Kansas City.

- 5K Virtual race options are offered for the half marathon, 10K and 5K.
Entry fees listed on the event page are: Half marathon $75, 10K $50, 5K $35; Virtual Half $60, Virtual 10K $45, Virtual 5K $40. A service fee of $2.00 applies. The half marathon and virtual half are open to ages 15 and older. Prices increase on specified dates noted by the organizer.
All participants receive event apparel, a participant bib and a finisher’s medal. Additional race-day items listed include free downloadable race photos, finish-line food and beer at the Finish Line Festival, on-course entertainment and a post-race festival at Crown Center Square.
