Hospital Hill Run

Hospital Hill Run is Kansas City’s oldest road race, staged at Crown Center in Missouri. The event offers three distances: half marathon, 10K, and 5K, with participants experiencing the Hill, a defining feature of the course, and finishing at Crown Center Square to celebrate with the local running community. On May 16, 2026, the 53rd running blends competition with celebration, featuring a Finish Line Festival and a range of perks: an official Hospital Hill Run apparel item, a finisher’s medal, free downloadable race photos, and complimentary food and beer at the festival.
