Hustle for Habitat

The Hustle For Habitat is an annual running event held in Pelican Rapids, Minnesota, at the Dunvilla Trap Range. Scheduled for July 19, 2025, it features the Rooster Run 5K, a chip-timed race on grassy trails surrounded by farmland and pollinator fields, and the 1 Mile Strut, a fun run/walk on a grassy trail near a grove of trees. Participants can also register for a combo of both races or join virtually.

The event supports local habitat conservation through the Pelican River chapter of Pheasants Forever. Runners enjoy medals, awards, refreshments, and post-race festivities with music and food. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
