I Can And I Will Run

The I Can and I Will Run is an annual running event held in Seattle, Washington, at Green Lake Community Center. Scheduled for October 19, 2025, it features professionally timed 5K and 10K races, along with kids' events including 1-mile runs and 100- and 200-meter dashes for various age groups. The 10K course winds through Green Lake and nearby Woodland Park, including areas around the Woodland Park Zoo.

A virtual run option is also available. The event offers finisher medals and early registrants may receive t-shirts. All net proceeds support the Uncompensated Care Fund at Seattle Children’s Hospital, helping families facing financial hardship due to medical diagnoses.
