I Love Forest Park 5K

The I Love Forest Park 5K & Kids Fun Run is an annual running event held in Saint Louis, Missouri, within the scenic Forest Park. Organized in partnership with Big River Running and Forest Park Forever, this event features a 5K run, a non-timed Kids Fun Run for ages 1 to 12, and a Virtual 5K option for remote participants. It is the only race in Forest Park that directly benefits the park itself.

Runners receive a commemorative race shirt, and the event fosters a family-friendly atmosphere encouraging community participation and support for the park’s preservation.
