I Run for Girls 5K

The I Run for Girls 5K is a USATF Grand Prix sanctioned run/walk event held at Orange Reservoir, 9 Cherry Lane, West Orange, New Jersey. Scheduled for September 21, 2025, this event offers a timed 5K race for adults, youth, and USATF members, as well as a non-competitive 5K walk option. Participants can register individually or join teams, with proceeds supporting the Girl Scouts Heart of New Jersey to empower girls through life-changing experiences.
