Ig-Knight the Hope

Ig-Knight the Hope is a 5K charity run/walk held at Arcadia University in Glenside, PA. The event, in its third year, raises awareness for suicide prevention and mental health. The course is a double-loop around the Arcadia campus Haber Green, with two water stations, and walkers may do one loop.

There are separate 5K events for students and non-students, with free entry for students and a tiered fee for non-students ($15 early, $20 race-day). Afterward, attendees enjoy music, guest speakers, food, and awards in Haber Green. Races are professionally timed by Bryn Mawr Racing Co.
