iHelp Foundation 1 Mile & 5K Charity Walk/Run
The iHelp Foundation 1 Mile & 5K Charity Walk/Run takes place in Providence, Utah, supporting health and education programs in Uganda, Liberia, Guatemala, and local refugees and abuse victims. The event offers a 1-mile course through the Creekside neighborhood, featuring a flat, stroller-friendly route passing Alma Leonhardt Park. The 5K course loops around downtown Providence, including a slight elevation gain on Spring Creek Parkway and a downhill finish.
Both courses are fully paved and stroller-compatible. Kids 12 and under can join the 1-mile walk/run for free. Participants receive a t-shirt, goody bag, and raffle entry, with awards for top finishers in various age groups.
