In Their Shoes 5K Run/Walk

2025 GLOBAL "In Their Shoes 5K" Run/Walk is held at Rock Creek Park in Washington, DC. The event offers an in-person 5K and a virtual option, welcoming walkers and strollers. The course is a paved, mostly flat loop through Rock Creek Park with one notable hill.

Runners receive a finisher medal, event shirt, and chip-timed results, plus an after-party with snacks and music. Proceeds benefit the Iraqi Children Foundation, supporting orphans and vulnerable children in Iraq.
