Entry details and logistics
Entry fees listed on the event page include reduced prices for the in-person 5K and 10K and a fee for virtual entries; the child event is free with a paid adult and its registration opens December 15, 2025 at 12:00am PST. Team refunds are available: when a team reaches four members the first three receive a $5 refund, and when a team reaches seven members each member receives an additional $5 refund.
Wellness guidance asks participants to stay home if they have a fever (100.4), chills, persistent cough, sore throat, runny nose, or known exposure to someone who is currently sick. Hydration notes state there is no hydration station on the 5K route, a single station at mile 4 of the 10K with sealed 8 oz water bottles, and communal 5-gallon water dispensers at the start/finish area.
